Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.
The Senior Maintenance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing maintenance budgets, and ensuring the safety and reliability of all equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend the life of machinery Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed Develop and implement procedures for maintenance and repair of equipment, and ensure adherence to all safety regulations Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks Plan and coordinate major maintenance activities, such as equipment upgrades, installations, and replacements Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, and identify potential problems before they become major issues Develop and maintain a spare parts inventory system to ensure availability of critical components Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 10
years of experience in a maintenance management role in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and team management skills Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex equipment and machinery problems Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and experience implementing PM programs Strong communication and interpersonal skills _ We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
